Carrier coordination. After you book, the assigned carrier reaches out to agree on a pickup window and a meeting spot as close to your address as the transport truck can comfortably reach.
Condition walk-through. You and the driver inspect the vehicle together and note its current condition. We suggest snapping clear photos of all four sides, the roof, the interior, and the odometer before loading.
Loaded and on its way. Once the inspection is signed off, your vehicle is carefully secured to the trailer and the trip toward its destination begins.
Carriers usually cover 400–500 miles a day, and every pickup and delivery is arranged ahead of time — a driver will never turn up out of the blue. Your slot is locked in once the carrier wraps up the stop before yours.
A few hours before your scheduled time, you will get a heads-up with the exact meeting location. You will also have direct contact details — the driver's name and number plus the dispatcher — so you always know where things stand.
About a day before arrival, the carrier checks in to confirm a delivery time and settle on a drop-off point near your address that the transport truck can safely access.
When your vehicle comes off the trailer, take a moment for a final walk-around: photograph every side, look over the interior, and check the odometer for anything unexpected. Note any concerns on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing — without it, the carrier's insurance cannot accept a damage claim.
Once the BOL is signed, your vehicle has arrived and it is ready for the road. Welcome home.
